Friday at TANKFEST is your chance to see The Tank Museum’s guest stars first, before anyone else! You can see the Panther running alongside its cousin, the Jagdpanther, for the first time ever in the UK, before it runs over the weekend. The Tank Park means you can get up-close with these beasts, along with other star guests, and TANKFEST regulars.
It is also your chance to access the traders first, providing you with the best goodies. The trading stalls will be selling a vast array of militaria and books, perfect for the avid military history enthusiast.
Why not grab a Grandstand seat for just £10? Watch two hours of display from the comfort of your very own seat, ideal after a busy morning of exploring TANKFEST. Friday entrance tickets are also cheaper than Saturday and Sunday, giving you more ‘bang for your buck’.
A variety of interesting talks will be happening throughout the day. Guest speakers such as Jim Dowdall, Hollywood stuntman, and The Tank Museum’s very own tank historian, David Fletcher, will be there to entertain and inform in the Entertainment Marquee. Other guest speakers include Lt. Col Jim Howard, Wargaming’s Richard Cutland and Military Archaeologist Richard Osgood.
Preview Day tickets and Grandstand tickets are available on The Tank Museum’s website.
