The so called “long corridor”, 146 meter long and 12 meter wide connecting the entire middle part of the building.  The windows are 9,5 meters high and look out over the Voßstrasse.

The Chancellery after being hit by bombs

Hitler is dead, the battle for Berlin is over and two Red army soldiers survey the remains of the New Reich Chancellery

1947, kids play in the remains of the New Reich Chancellery Garden, they are sitting on the two globes that once stood in Hitlers office (scroll up for those images)

Afterlife

The Russians built a vast War Memorial in the Treptower park in Berlin, there they made extensive use of material from the New Reich Chancellery building. All the red marble you see on the following pictures was originally in the Chancellery.
